Funkhouser Home Inspections was founded on the principle of giving clients the information and tools they need to make the best informed decision on their real estate purchase.  We strive to be as detailed as possible because little issues can become large problems.  We encourage our clients to not only attend the inspection but walk the house with us as we inspect and ask questions.  We do as much teaching as we do inspecting.  When we are finished with the inspection our clients will not only be aware of any issues with property, but also have a full understanding of how the property and its components work and what maintenance may be required.

Our licensed and certified inspectors follow the ASHI and Maryland Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
